Profile Rose Building Services (RBS) is a Building Services Design Co-ordination and Project Management Company. In other modes we operate as a stand-alone advisor working to a specific client brief. They each fully understand and respect management design, commercial and practical elements of all types of contract and are able to offer commonsense cost effective advice and assistance to reach satisfactory solutions on behalf of our Clients. It is very important for Clients, such as Main Contractors and Developers to have the technical understanding of building services as these are developing in sophistication all the time. Here at RBS our Project Managers/Technical Services Managers who have the ability to assist with the whole process from tender submission and interview stage, through to practical completion. Our Managers are used to working within the critical time constraints demanded by the industry ensuring all relevant works are carefully co-ordinated, planned and executed. Our continued steady growth has enabled us to develop partnerships with other M & E Service providers in order to allow our Clients the option of a fully comprehensive M & E Services package as required. This package can be tailored to suit the companies M & E needs. In the same way are Clients benefit from the access our staff have to our sister consultancy, NimbusRose, for additional advice and support. Networking within our team enables consistent practices to be employed across the company based on information sharing, good practise and a rigorous self-evaluation of service quality. The response to legislation and technical developments associated with environmental issues continue to evolve, and RBS offer an enthusiastic and thoughtful approach to understanding, accommodating and addressing concerns.
